Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Guidelines

At Longevity Direct, we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items to us for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms. Products should be returned in the original packaging, in the condition they were received. This means items should be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

2. Return Period

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Exclusions

Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons unless they are defective. This includes, but is not limited to, cosmetics, perishable goods, and personal care items.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product you receive is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for such items.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds may be granted.

6. Exchange Process

If you need to exchange a product for the same item or a different size/color, please contact us at [email protected]. Once we receive the original item, we will ship out the exchange item.

7. Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
